Gee Rasoghaya - a one of a kind concert

The Old Anandians Sports Club have got together to organize and host a show that will truly be a one of a kind experience featuring the top artistes of yesteryear and of the now generation. Gee Rasoghya will be held at the Nelum Pokuna Mahinda Rajapaksa Theatre on Saturday May 18 at 6.30pm and all the funds raised from it will be put it into development of sports at the Ananda College.

Speaking to Bathiya Jayakody from the ever popular group BnS, he added that the entire approach to the show is to perform songs they grew up listening to and what are now defined as Sri Lankan classics. They will be performing few of their own mega golden hits and will be joined on stage by Edward Jayakody, Sanath Nandasiri, Neela Wickramasinghe and Kasun Kalhara with the music backed by Suresh Maliyade.

Edward Jayakody who will get on stage in the first round will perform his classics. After his performance, he will sing a song of BnS and then they in return will perform a song Edward's. This will how the show will continue with the other artistes as well. So I am sure it is going to be something really out of the ordinary and different from what you would usually witness in their separate concerts.
