Knowledge Conglomerate to hold job interviews by Lasantha Salgado

The Knowledge Conglomerate (TKC) has decided to repeat the executive-education program on ‘Conducting Job Interviews – To select the best-fit candidate’, due to many requests from those who missed the initial programme and very positive feedback from the first program held last week. The programme will be directed by Lasantha Salgado and scheduled to be held on June 3rd 2013, from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm at the Hotel Galadari.

The full capacity sold out of the first program and received very encouraging response from the participants including Hayleys, Central Bank, DIMO, NDB Bank, Colombo Stock Exchange and Sri Lanka Insurance.

“Selecting the best candidate is very important for an organization. It will demonstrate to you how to get prepare for an interview, how to improve your interviewing skills and what criteria you should look for in a candidate in order to select the best” said Kapila Liyanage, Director of TKC.

The Course Director Lasantha Salgado, is a recipient of the Fellowship of the AHRP. He is one of Sri Lanka’s most experienced HR professionals, having served as the Head of HR for Unilever, John, Keells, Hayleys and NDB Bank. He is also a practicing Attorney-at-Law in Industrial Relations.
