Ceylinco Insurance - General, recognised and handsomely rewarded its
energetic and dedicated sales team, at the recently concluded Annual
Sales Conference and Awards Ceremony 2012.

The glittering event showcased the company's outstanding talent,
rewarding its top performers who provided their customers with an
unmatched service throughout the year.
The Ceylinco Insurance - General team, recognised as the largest
sales force in the industry, is renowned for its highly motivated
dynamism delivering an exceptional level of service to customers.
The event, held under the theme: "Delighting Customers Then And Now :
A 25 Year Success Story!" was attended by over 1,100 sales personnel,
and senior members of the staff.
Over 550 sales personnel received awards, accorded on a rigorous
rewards criteria: the top performers were categorised as Members,
Certificate Members, and the Bronze, Silver and Gold categories, rising
to the pinnacle, the much coveted Hall of Fame.
Along with the rewards based on these categories, two new members
were recognised and welcomed into the prestigious Hall of Fame who drove
away in two brand new BMW SUV's
The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Ceylinco
Insurance - General, Mr. Ajith Gunawardena, delivering the key note
address, paid a glowing tribute to the staff who have always stood up to
challenges, continually exceeding expectations. He also praised them for
their courageous efforts in delivering what is promised to their
customers with dedication and reminded of the humble beginnings of the
company and recalled how it evolved to the present status, emerging a
giant with the continuous enthusiasm and commitment of the employees.
This year Ceylinco Insurance celebrates another milestone, as it
commemorates the 25th anniversary. |
