Knowledge Conglomerate to conduct executive education programme

Knowledge Conglomerate is to conduct and executive education programme on ‘Conducting Job Interviews.’ “Conducting Job Interviews could be a nerve-wracking experience for the applicant and a time-consuming exercise for the hiring company. However, they play a key role in determining whether the company and candidate would make an effective match. As such, the interviewing process provides a great deal of value for the company and candidate alike,” says the Course Director of the programme.

The objective of the programme is to demonstrate how to be ready for an interview, how to improve your interviewing skills and what criteria you should look to in a candidate in order to select the best candidate. The course would cover some of the key areas related Conducting Job Interviews, which include Interview styles, Preparation, Interviewing skills, Conducting a successful interview and Role Play.
