Hindi courses for adults and children at ICC
Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) is announcing admission to the Hindi
classes conducted at the Centre for the session 2013 - 2014. The classes
will commence from April 29. A special course for children between the
ages of seven to 15 years will also commence from May 2. All those
attending the present courses also should re-apply for the new courses.
Those who wish to learn Hindi Language as a hobby and those who wish
to attend morning classes also can contact the Centre for special group
classes.
Applications for the courses are available at ICC, 16/2, Gregory’s
Road, Colombo 7 from 9 am to 5 pm on all weekdays. The course duration
will be one year for each level.
The students are taught Hindi for the Level 100 (beginners), Level
200 (intermediate) and Level 300 (advance). The examinations of the
courses will be conducted by the Kendriya Hindi Sansthan, Agra and
certificates will be issued. The classes will be conducted by Sri Lankan
experts in Hindi and a specialist Hindi teacher from India.
