Two arrested for robbery

Mahabage Police arrested two suspects with Rs 500,000 stolen in Hekiththa, Wattala.

Investigations revealed the suspects who arrived in a three wheeler, had robbed the money from a man while he was carrying it to be handed over to another. Wattala Police alerted all police stations and Mahabage Police arrested them while fleeing with the money.
