Road fatalaties, homicides down

There had been a slight drop in fatal road accidents in February compared to last month and also a significant drop in the number of homicides, the office of the Police Media spokesman said.

There were 163 road deaths in January while this was down to 154 in February. Meanwhile, there were 43 homicides in January compared to only 25 reported last month.
