Over 100 top Life and General sales professionals of Janashakthi Insurance, who are members of the prestigious club reserved for top performers spent their annual weekend get-together at Cinnamon Bey Hotel in Beruwela, recently. The two-day programme line up provided quality leisure time to the Club Members with a host of entertaining and team building activities including a gala night with the participation of many senior company officials.

Janashakthi annually selects over 100 top sales performers from both General and Life Insurance sectors based on a pre-determined, stringent performance measuring criteria. The selection process is based on a number of business value drivers; volume and growth of business, quality of the business underwritten, high level of customer retention ratios and other customer satisfaction measures.

There are three tiers in the club membership with the top most tier being Chairman’s Club, restricted exclusively to a handful of the very best in the company. Managing Directors Club and Directors Club are the second and the third tiers respectively.
