'Oil price revision only to reduce losses'

The oil price revision was to reduce the regular loss of the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation without adding a burden to the public, Petroleum Industries Ministry sources said. "Rumours are spread by some on the petrol price revision to fulfill their personal and political purposes. Data issued by them are completely incorrect," the sources said.
