Three killed in road mishaps

Three persons died in two separate road accidents in Ingiriya and
Bandaragama on Tuesday night.
Two youths died when a motorcycle and a bus collided in Aduragala,
Ingiriya. The victims were the motorcyclists. Police said the bus was
transporting garment workers. The two youths, bachelors, were residents
of Rathmalgoda and Poruwedanda. One youth died on the spot while the
other succumbed to his injuries at Horana Hospital.
Ingiriya Police are investigating. Meanwhile, a rider of a motorcycle
died in a head on collision with a police car on the Panadura -
Ratnapura main road in Raigama, Bandaragama. The pillion rider was
admitted to hospital in a serious condition.
