Miss S Shandani, an inmate of the Siriliya Sewana Home at Vavuniya, was rehabilitated as a result of the personal involvement and keen interest of First Lady Shiranthi Rajapaksa. A ceremony organised by Land and Lands Development Ministry in collaboration with Land Commissioner’s Department was held at the Ratmalana Provincial Secretariat Auditorium on Saturday with First Lady Shiranthi Rajapaksa as Chief Guest.
