The teledrama deals with performing good deeds and its effects on
afterlife. Nelson Wanaguru is the owner of a private hospital.
He goes to hell after his death and meets many other people who have
engaged in misdeeds and immoral activities there. On his turn to appear
before the Demon King Yama, Nelson is given another chance to take human
form but it is one of low birth. To escape from this punishment King
Yama gives Nelson an option.
He has to make the private hospital a fair and healthy place for
patients. The catch here is Nelson has to perform this task while he is
still in hell. This really is a question worth pondering over.
