People's Bank Service Centre shifted to new premises
To enhance the standards of banking services and financial facilities
for the residents of Negombo, the People's Bank Service Centre at Main
Street, Negombo has been shifted to a spacious premises on the Negombo
Colombo Road.

This new service centre will offer the people of Negombo the
opportunity to enjoy state-of-the-art banking facilities while providing
them with various loan facilities, pawning facility and around the clock
PET facility.
The opening ceremony of the new service centre held under the
patronage of the Chief Executive Officer/General Manager of People's
Bank, N. Vasantha Kumar was also attended by the Chief Executive
Officer/ General Manager of People's Leasing and Finance Limited, D.P.
Kumarage, Deputy General Manager, Boniface Silva, Assistant General
Manager of Western Zone 1, R. Ranathunga, Assistant General Manager, A.K.
Bandara, Regional Manager of Gampaha, I.D.S.S. Ilukkumbura together with
public representatives of the area and customers and citizens of the
area.
The Chief Executive Officer/ General Manager of People's Bank, N.
Vasantha Kumar addressing the gathering said it is with a vision to
enhance the banking experience of the people of Negombo that we have
moved the service centre to a new premises today. At present, there are
723 branches and service centre's of People's Bank are established
island wide. Customers of People's Bank enjoy great convenience in their
day-to-day banking since all these branches and service centre's are
networked. |
