Seatol Technologies was in business from 2005 mainly in designing and developing software solutions, project based solutions and promotions of such solutions to different business sectors in Sri Lanka, said Methsiri Wijeygoonewardena, Chairman – Seatol Technologies (Pvt)Ltd, to announce the landmark partnership with ACL Services Ltd of Vancouver Canada.

He said the government was in the process of attracting foreign direct investments(FDI's) and the peaceful atmosphere created by President Mahinda Rajapaksa by defeating terrorism had paved the way for FDI's to flow into the country.

He said to attract FDI's transparency and good systems were needed and this was where the need of the service of companies such as ACL Services came into the fold.

He said already negotiations were afoot with top government officials to offer IT solutions to the government sector to make its functions more efficient and cost effective.

He said, “We have produced key IT solutions, retail petroleum distribution systems which is very popular among petroleum filling stations who use the the system around the island. In addition to that we have produced mobile based technologies especially cloud based systems which cover the efficient use of field staff.

“Seatol is honoured to be the channel partner of ACL Services Canada. We have also trained very raw IT graduates from the Information Technology Institute in Malabe and computer school in the University of Colombo and also the Katubeddha campus.After the training they have managed to find lucrative jobs.”
