Robert House, with 273 points emerged victorious at the 83rd annual inter-house sports meet of Holy Cross College Kalutara which was held at the college grounds recently.

Young sportsmen between the ages of 10-20 took part in the event which had many track and field events besides the traditional drill display, band display, march past, 'old boys' walk' which saw the highest number of participation and races for teachers and parents.

Heral house finished in 2nd place with 244 points while Briton house finished 3rd ahead of Croos house. The sports meet was conducted under the supervision of the Rector Rev.Fr.Dr Camillus Fernando.

The chief guest was Attorney-at-law Lasantha Mudalige who himself was a former sportsman of the school.
