Prisoner nabbed with heroin

Galle Prison officers detected 4.470 grammes of heroin in the possession of an inmate.The suspect was handed over to the Galle Police.

Meanwhile, Athurugiriya Police arrested a suspect with 15.15 grammes of heroin in his possession in Navagamuwa. The suspect, a resident of Galahitiyawa, was produced before the Kaduwela magistrate yesterday.
