Mobile service project successful

The Rattota Police and the Civil Defence Committee of Rattota jointly organized a mobile service of the police at the Palle Hapuvida school recently according to the 'People-friendly' police service concept. The project had been organized under the instructions of Sajeewa Madawatta, Matale SSP.

The Mobile Service which was able to provide solutions to most of the peoples’ problems was highly appreciated by the participants.

In line with the Mahinda Chinthanaya which states the people should be able to live without fear and doubt, many projects have been organized so far by the Rattota Police station and the Civil Defence Committee.

The highlight of the project was a blood donation campaign and a lecture on child abuse.
