Commercial Credit debenture issue opens in January

The Colombo Stock Exchange has given approval to the Commercial Credit and Finance Plc for the listing of two million five hundred thousand (2,500,000) unsecured, subordinated, redeemable debentures at an issue prices of Rs 100 each with an option to issue up to a further 2,500,000 debentures in the event the initial 2,500,000 are oversubscribed.

Date of opening of the subscription list is on January 23, 2013 and Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka PLC is the managers and registrars to the issue.
