The 2013 budget of the Kekirawa Pradeshiya Sabha was adopted with 11 members voting in favour, including UNP member R M Asoka Gunasiri. The other two UNP members were absent at the time of voting.

The budget proposals were tabled by chairman M G Prabath Weerasena.
