Public lecture by Dr Arvind Gupta

The Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute for International Relations and Strategic Studies (LKIIRSS) and the High Commission of India, Colombo, have organized a public lecture by New Delhi Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses Director General Dr Arvind Gupta on ‘Trends in Indian Foreign Policy’ at the Kadirgamar Institute, “The Lighthouse”, No. 24, Horton Place, Colombo 7, on December 5 at 5 pm.
