The annual general meeting of Kandy youths cricket club will be held at Hotel Senani, Rajapihilla Mawatha, Kandy today at 7.00 pm.

Kandy youths CC is the leading cricket playing club in the hill capital and will be celebrating its Silver Jubilee this year. The club is the only club from the hill capital which is playing regularly in the Sara trophy and in other tournaments organised by Sri Lanka cricket and the Kandy District CA.

Kandy youths cricket club has been staking a claim for sometime to enter the premier league of the SLC.

The incumbent President of the club Janaka Pathirana said that they are looking for sponsors to revive rugby in the club.

Present President and Secretary Anton Perera are likely to be re-elected to their post with a new committee.
