Holcim Lanka enhances 'Customer centricity'

Lanka's future, has salesforce.com for the benefit of better customer
service for its customer segments

The launch of Sales Cloud Solution of salesforce.com ceremonially,
took place on October 15, at Holcim Lanka's Head office in Colombo,
under the patronage of its senior management and entire sales force
under the theme "Build the Bond." This innovative cloud based
information system platform was introduced to enhance and consolidate
the existing processes and stakeholder management systems to process
market information in a timely manner.
The new environment would integrate customer information and
activities, so that decisions could be taken with complete and
comprehensive understanding to our customer needs, which would result in
providing quicker and better quality services/solutions. The company
also believes that by using such state-of-the-art technologies to
improve business opportunities, it also supports the growth of its own
team members through higher adaptation of ICT.
As with all ERP systems, this platform would also promote the total
business to compete on a higher levelled playing field with more "Value
Added Services (VASs)," which would ultimately benefit the end customer. |
