Two arrested with counterfeit notes

Two suspects were arrested with 10 counterfeit notes in the denomination of Rs 1,000 in Padukka, Meegoda.

The suspects traveling in a trishaw were arrested when attempting to flee. Investigations are on to arrest the mastermind behind the racket.
