The students of the Batch of 2012 at Lyceum International School,
Panadura, held their graduation ceremony in grand style at The Palms,
Beruwala recently.
It was a memorable occasion not only to the students, but also for
the management,Advanced Level (A/L), Ordinary Level (O/L) and primary
teachers, coaches, non-academic staff members, parents and everyone, who
graced the occasion, as it marked the end of 12 years of school life. In
the short history of Lyceum Panadura, this was the third batch of
graduation students, including some from the school's inception.

Their theme, 'Unity in Diversity,'stresses on the fact that each
person should be unique and that every individual matters. Variety was
very evident that evening, with Kandyan dancers giving a traditional
welcome to the teachers, who were later appreciated for their
contributions. The graduates and their achievements were also duly
recognized. To add glamour to the evening were videos of their school
memories, musical items performed by the talented graduates and a
fireworks display. The ceremony continued into the night with teachers
and students joining the dance floor.
On being able to successfully host their graduation ceremony and for
the invaluable support and guidance they had received, the students of
the Batch of 2012 are very grateful to Managing Director,Mohan Lal Grero
and Coordinating Principal,Kumari Grero of the Group of Lyceum
International Schools. They are also thankful for the support they
received from the Principal,Malith Kumarasinghe and the Chief
Coordinator,Dilumini Guruge at Lyceum Panadura.
It was an evening full of memories which everyone who attended would
cherish in the many years to come.
