Former athletic chief's funeral today

The funeral of former President of the Athletic Association of Sri Lanka, Ari Kannangara will take place at General Cemetery, Borella at 5 pm today.

Kannangara who headed Sri Lanka's athletic governing body during S.B. Dissanayake's era as the Sports Minister, was also the Chairman of Trico International.

The cottage will leave residence at No. 62, Mirihana Road, Nugegoda at 4 pm today.
