CIS (Kandy) remain unbeaten by beating Kingswood

Colombo International School (Kandy) 'A' Kept their unbeaten record intact by defeating Kingswood College 'B' 22-9 in their Kandy Schools Boys Under 19 Basketball Championship organised by Kandy District basketball Association and played at St. Anthony's Girls College Courts, Katugastota yesterday. At half time Colombo International Schools 'A' led 11-4. In another match played at the same venue Azar Central College, Akurena got the better of Wallala A. Ratnayake Sports Schools 10-5 after leading 6-3 at the breather.

In the under 19 championship for girls schools defending champions Pushpadana girls college scored a 8-2 win over good come back to the game.

The championship with be continued today at 8.30 am.
