Opposition members for PSC on CJ

Sandasen Marasinghe, Irangika Range and - Disna Mudalige

The members from the Opposition to serve in the Parliamentary Select Committee on Chief Justice Dr. Shirani Bandaranayake have been nominated by Opposition Leader Ranil Wickremesinghe yesterday.

The four members from the Opposition include two from the UNP and one each from the DNA and TNA. UNP MP John Amaratunga, UNP MP Lakshman Kiriella, TNA MP R. Sampanthan and DNA MP Vijitha Herath have been nominated to the committee.

Secretary to the Opposition Leader Naufel Abdul Rahman communicated these names in a letter to the Secretary General of Parliament yesterday.
