English Language Day competition

The English Language Day competition was held on District level at Nintavur Al Ashraq Maha Vidyalaya recently.

Students representing Thirukkovil, Akkaraipattu, Sammanthurai and Kalmunai, the four educational zones took part in district level competition.

They were eligible to enter the district level competition on the grounds that they have secured first and second places at the competitions held on Zonal Level.

While students from the Akkaraipattu Education Zone had won 23 places, the Addalaichena Central College (National School) principal V.T.M. Hanifa said that the student of his school had won seven places becoming the highest number of winners in this zone.
