Ananda mini rugby carnival

Ananda College Junior Rugby Development Group has decided to organize the

annual Mini Rugby Carnival for the second successive year with the participation of 20 leading schools from Colombo and Kandy on 13th October 2012 at Havelocks sports club, Colombo 05.

The objective of the event is to promote the game among younger generation by giving them an opportunity to improve their skills through match experience and nurturing sportsmanship.

The matches will be played under the age groups mentioned below.

Under 9 7 A side - 3 reserves - ( Tag Rugby )
Under 10 7 A side - 3 reserves - ( Tag Rugby )
Under 11 7 A side - 3 reserves - ( Tackling )
Under 12 10 A side - 5 reserves - ( Tackling )
Under 13 7 A side - 3 reserves - ( Tackling )
