"I would fail my heritage not to mention that along with the great
cooking that I am ready to offer for Sri Lanka, follows a hotel who
loves to share what the world has to offer in the discipline of culinary
magic.
'Giving' is a way of life in Louisiana and indeed is 'expected' in
the world of food. If you love to eat, I would love to cook for you.
Come to Mount Lavinia Hotel and see what Louisiana has to give and what
it really means," stated Chef Bradley.
His talent for food with the passion to match started to accelerate
from great culinary institutions like the Culinary Institute of America
and he received his Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from
Widener University. New Orleans Café, The New Orleans, Nippers Seafood
and Bar, Darling's Restaurant and Arroyo Grille are some of the places
he has built his career at.
"Among the many things you can count on when you visit Louisiana at
MLH, eating well will be at the top," states GM Anura Dewapura. If you
haven't been to Louisiana, then spicy boiled crawfish from Lafayette,
seafood gumbo from New Orleans, southern barbecue tastes from Monroe,
good old-fashioned pecan pie from Alexandria, meat pie from Natchitoches
are some of the items in the dining menu that you will find at MLH.
"It is more than a way to satisfy your hunger; it's a way to enjoy
the bounty of Louisiana life. You may hear this saying as you travel
around: In other places people eat to live, but in Louisiana we live to
eat," Anura added.
