Sri Lankan History first edition launched

M D Gunasena the leading publisher, printer and bookseller launched Sri Lankeeya Ithihaasaya (The Sri Lankan History), a compilation of Chief Editor Dr. W MK Wijetunga and 49 professors, lecturers and historians in the country at an event held at the M. D. Gunasena Auditorium Colombo 12.

The event was graced by Chief Guest Governor Sabaragamuwa Province V J M Lokubandara, Ven. Maduluwawe Sobitha Thero, Chairman Percy Gunasena, Managing Director Ananda Gunasena and Deputy Managing Director Rajiv Gunasena and over 200 dignitaries including reputed authors in the country.

The book talks more about the great history of Sri Lanka and its culture.
