Under-19 girls football champions

The Under-19 Inter-schools Girls Football Tournament, organized by Sri Lanka Schools Football Association and the Education Ministry, was held at Anuradhpura Prison ground recently. St. Bernadeth College, Polgahawela emerged champions while Maliyadeva Girls College, Kurunegala were the runner up of the tournament. The award ceremony was held under the patronage of North Central Provincial Education Director Mrs. E.M.N.W. Ekanayaka and K.Abeysundera North Central Province Education Deputy Director.
