Feast of St. Michael at Koralawella

The annual feast of St. Michael, the Archangel, the prince of heavenly hosts, will be celebrated at the ancient church at Koralawella on September 29. Vespers the even song and worship will be held on September 28 at 7.30 p.m presided Very Rev. Fr. Mark Fernando TOR Provincial.

Rev. Fr. Leo Camillus will be the chief celebrant at the solemn festive mass on September 29 at 8.30 a.m. In the evening the miraculous statue of St. Michael the Archangel will be taken round the village on an artistically decorated chariot followed by devotees.
