Chandimal steers Rajans to victory

A fine century by Chandimal Silva, helped Dharmaraja College, Kandy
to beat St. Thomas’, Matale by 9 wickets at Lake view yesterday. In
reply to the total of 126 scored by St. Thomas’ in their first innings,
Dharamaraja scored 230 all out in their first innings.
Then they got St. Thoams’ out for 156 in the second innings and
Rajans had to score 52 to top their total. They scored their required
runs losing only 1 wicket.
St. Thomas’ first innings 126 all out in 63.2 overs and second
innings 156 all out in 52 overs.
