Artefact hunters behind bars

Police arrested three suspects while attempting to blast a rock in search of artefacts in Adal Oya. The implements and tools used by the suspects were seized. Police also defused a dynamite the suspects had set to blast the rock.

They were produced before the Ampara magistrate yesterday.

Uhana Police are investigating.
