Massive development underway says Dayasritha

The government launched a massive development process throughout the
country with the ending of the three decade war.

The government has given priority to the Eastern Province while
commencing the first stage of the country's development process. The
government has spent a huge sum for development activities, State
Resources and Enterprise Development Minister Dayasritha Tissera said.
He said the Valachchenai paper factory which is under the State
Resources and Enterprise Development Ministry has commenced activities.
"The factory has achieved its goals in a short period. This is a
major achievements of the government," he said.
Participating in an inspection tour in Valachchenai and Vakarai
recently, the minister said: "The masses are aware who brought peace to
Sri Lanka. They are also aware of the development projects launched
throughout the country with the aim of making Sri Lanka the Wonder of
Asia.
"All Sri Lankans should support President Mahinda Rajapaksa to make
his vision under the Mahinda Chinthana future vision become a reality."
Tissera said President Rajapaksa has done a great service to the
country by eradicating terrorism. |
