Rs 3,000 m for Ratnapura power projects

The Ratnapura district was provided with electricity supply at a cost of Rs 3,000 million, said Power and Energy Deputy Minister Premalal Jayasekera.

He said so addressing a meeting at Kolonna Hela Udakanda. He said development that was limited to Colombo is flowing down to the grassroots level. He said that there won't be bottle lamps at Kolonna when electricity supply projects are completed. MP Sunny Rohana Kodithuwakku also spoke.
