Police search for son for father’s murder

Investigations are on to arrest a youth who is alleged to have killed his father by attacking with a sharp tool.

The victim aged 62 is a resident of Moneragala and the suspect is aged 25.

Investigations revealed a personal dispute had led to the murder.

The suspect had fled the area, Police said. Siyabalanduwa Police are investigating.
