Ifthar Buffet menus for outdoor catering

With the holy month of Ramadan, Muslims around the world will spend this month fasting daily and break that fast each night with the traditional favourites. The Commons delight in offering a choice of two buffet menus and also the option of customizing the menus to suit ones requirements.

Iftar buffet features an excellent spread of traditional dishes including warm, freshly-baked assorted bread, dates and assorted nuts, choice of salads including Fatoush salad, Hummus and cucumber yoghurt salad, six main dishes including Samack hara (Lebanese grilled fish top with spicy tomato sauce), chicken mussakan and cheesy beef kofta kebab with grilled vegetables along with chocolate biscuit pudding or fresh fruit among others as desserts. The chefs require minimum 15 pax for the order and it will be an ideal option to enjoy Iftar with family and friends.
