Damayantha Kuruppu who produced the successful concert ‘Yesterday Once More’ part 1 and 2 have released his third English CD titled ‘Yesterday Once More Timeless Hits vol 3’. The two previous CD’s were ‘Timeless Hits vol 1’ and 2. Both CD’s were well received by all retro music fans.

The third CD was launched to coincide with the concert which was held on May 26. It has 20 great classics some of which are songs that you do not hear now a days. The music for the songs on the CD has been reproduced to give the original identity. Some of the songs that are on the CD are Cindy, Love me tender, Green Green grass of home, Footsteps, You are my sunshine, Blueberry hill, There goes my everything, Judy, don’t let me cross over, Roses are red, It’s now or never, How can I tell her (unplugged version), There goes my everything, For the good times and more.

The CD is a must for all music fans of the 60s, and 70s and is now available at selected leading CD stores.

DK Promotions are presenting ‘Yesterday Once More sing along and dance’ on August 5 at the Galadari hotel Grand Ballroom. The evening of entertainment will commence at 7.30 and will finish around 11.30 pm. The Sing Along will be followed by music for dancing provided by one of finest bands in town Sohan and X-periments. The music provided will be hits of the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s.

The audience will get an opportunity to sing your favorite songs with Mignonne, Sohan, Yasmin and Damayantha. There will be gifts for the best singer Male and Female and also the first 200 ladies will receive a gift pack courtesy Harischandra Mills. “This is a wonderful opportunity to all who enjoyed the concerts and those who missed them to sing along with us and dance to Retro music with a selection of different tempos,” said Damayantha.
