Thirty seven Grama Niladhari posts have fallen vacant in the Rideegama Divisional Secretariat Division. Under the prevailing situation, the present Grama Niladharis are compelled to perform duties of their adjoining divisions in addition.

This has caused inconvenience to both Grama Niladharis as well as to the others, the general public complain. They request the Public Administration Minister to take action to fill the vacancies as early as possible.
