Coastguard saves siblings

Coastguard life savers rescued three brothers in difficulty while bathing at Galle Face on Tuesday evening.

D M Dileep Kumara, DM Imalka and DM Dilan from Kalukale, Polonnaruwa were bathing at Galle Face when one of them was dragged away by a strong current.

His two brothers seeing their sibling struggling, attempted to rescue him and were unsuccessful. Two life savers took all three brothers ashore safely.
