WISH goes to Jaffna

A branch of Wickramarachchi Institute of Speech and Hearing (WISH) will be opened in Jaffna this morning.

The branch will also conduct a diploma course in Audiology. This is the first time such a course is being conducted in the North and East.

The branch will also market branded sunglasses and hearing aid fittings and provide counselling for cochlear implant and bone anchored hearing aid and other facilities.

Siemens Hearing Instruments Pvt. Ltd, Regional Headquarter South Asia Director Berned Wanger, Manager Exports Siemens Hearing Instruments Pvt Ltd Regional Headquarter South Asia Fahri Berber and Wickramarachchi Institute of Speech and Hearing President Mihira Wickramarachchi will attend as special invitees. WISH recently donated a sound proof room to the Jaffna General Hospital for hearing as sessments.
