Man in wheelchair nabbed selling ganja

A man who sold ganja posing as a wheelchair bound beggar, was arrested by Anamaduwa Police who seized 330 grammes of ganja in 214 packets in his possession.

The suspect, a resident of Kothala ketiyana, Anamaduwa had been plying his trade in the wheelchair when Police suspecting his conduct used a decoy to pose as a buyer and arrested the suspect.
