Two arrested for theft

Two suspects who broke into a textile shop in Walasmulla and stole Rs 690,275 worth clothes were arrested by Walassmulla Police on Monday. Police seized the stolen goods from their possession. The two suspects, residents of Katuwana and Kiriibbanara robbed the shop on March 29. They were remanded until June 11 by the Walasmulla Magistrate.
