Over Rs. 1,300m allocated for Badulla development

The Economic Development Ministry has allocated Rs. 1,357 million for development activities in the Badulla district this year.

This is made up of Rs. 567 million for the one project for each village programme covering the 567 Grama Niladhari divisions, Rs. 340 million for infrastructure development and Rs. 450 million for the Pura Neguma programme.

In addition, Rs. 242 million has been allocated to the Badulla district for the Economic Development Ministry's 'Yali Pibidemu' programme.
