SL making remarkable progress - Japanese businessman

Multi-millionaire Japanese business magnate Masayuki Fujiwara in Sri Lanka on a business tour is full of praise for President Mahinda Rajapaksa for bringing peace to the country by eradicating terrorism and steering the nation towards visible, expansive and committed development projects.

Masayuki Fijiwara, a strong magapolis Tokyo celebrity told the Daily News in an interview that many Japanese people believe that given the progress of the current economic trend, it would not be long before Sri Lanka leaps into the upper echelons of markedly developed nations in the Asian region.

Analysing the situation in the present context however, Fujiwara said, “It is excellent that President Mahinda Rajapaksa wiped out terrorism and made Sri Lanka a peaceful country in which we can do business. The massive development projects of roads, airports and seaports, industries, and houses which are visibly taking place are remarkable.
