Mother Lanka, the wonder- of Asia- to -be
Has only one lion.....
In the middle of her proud flag
But.....
There is a lion family
To protect her forever
From sons and daughters of Lucifer
Who try to have her for their dinner
The lions risked their own lives
To save Mother Lanka
To assure her future safety
Today...........
The bravest father lion......
Carrying out his duty.......
Looking after the lion family
Not giving into any destructive pressures !
Proving that lions never eat grass !
No matter who does what and how
The brother lion......
Carrying out his duty.....
Expanding it to many more fields
Making Colombo and Mother Lanka
A beautiful...modern and safe place to live
The young lions......
Who sacrificed their lives, limbs, arms and eyes
Are now making Mother Lanka
The wonder of Asia !
The lion flag
The flag of the Wonder of Asia
Will belong to Sri Lanka
We, Sri Lankans
Will be the proud owners of it
It is our duty...
To keep it flying high
Not only in the Asian sky......
But in the world's sky
