According to Tirrone De Jong, Chairman of this innovative project,
said that this was the first time that the Hotel School had organized an
event of this magnitude and they hope to continue this 'Mocktail
competition' every year. Our lecturers encouraged us to organize an
event involving the Hotel School students and an event to showcase the
talents of our students.
A total number of 224 participants took part in this event, from
which 32 moved on to the finals in the 'Classic Innovative Mocktail'
genre and 16 in the 'Freestyle Flaring Mocktail' genre. The finals held
