Memory Technologies helps Trade Card upgrade to Kingston's SSD Now
Memory Technologies (Pvt) Ltd., the authorized distributor in Sri
Lanka for Kingston memory products, has supplied and installed SSDNow
solid state hard disks and RAM upgrades for notebook computers used by
Trade Card Services Sri Lanka, enabling the Colombo branch of the
world's leading collaboration platform for supply network partners to
match the standards of its head office in New York.
Trade
Card recently purchased 24 Kingston SSD- SVP200S3B/120G drives with
Upgrade Bundle Kits and 48 4GB RAM chips to enhance the system
performance of the company's Dell Latitude Notebooks used in Sri Lanka.
Kingston's SSDNow drives can extend the lifecycle and dramatically
improve the performance of a PC with higher speeds, greater stability
and legendary Kingston reliability. From booting up to opening
applications, SSDNow significantly cuts down waiting time. With no
moving parts, SSDNow drives are shock-proof, maintaining stability
through the roughest conditions and extending the life of desktop or
notebook computers.
Commenting on the contract secured by Memory Technologies, the
company's founder and Managing Director Suresh Wijesinghe said: "The
replacement of standard hard disks with Kingston SSDNow disks by Trade
Card Sri Lanka exemplifies the quantum leap that is possible in
performance by upgrading to cutting edge memory products. It is a simple
swap that can deliver significant enhancements in service delivery for
users." For notebook or desktop users, switching to SSD is simple; with
upgrade kits that include everything they need as well as software to
clone their files and Operating Systems in just minutes.
Kingston SSDNow drives are backed by a three-year warranty and live
24/7 tech support. The drives use Flash technology that responds faster
to commands; are shock-proof so that dropping a notebook no longer means
losing data; they run silent and with no moving mechanical parts,
generate much less heat than traditional hard drives, and consumes less
energy.
Consisting of over 10,000 buyers, suppliers and service providers in
78+ countries, Trade Card Inc., is the world's leading collaboration
